Stiffelman, from blows and kicks from the nursing home attendants over a period of several weeks, eventually resulting in death - is authorized by certain sections of our Omnibus Nursing Home Act, Â§ 198.003-186 (hereinafter referred to as the Act). We hold that it is and reverse the judgment entered in the trial court and remand the cause for further proceedings.
